The purpose of the project is to collect, systematize and disclose verified information about the Russian military criminals and their crimes committed in the territory of our country during a full -scale invasion of Ukraine.

All criminals presented on the site have been confirmed and verified by one of the law enforcement or intelligence agencies of Ukraine. There are no casual people on the resource and there are no fake surnames by which criminals try to hide on social networks.

Only verified photos provided by the SES, Ova, the National Police, accredited photo journalists and the media are contained here. Subsequently, these proven data can and will be used by law enforcement agencies, international courts and a special international tribunal to investigate Russian troops in Ukraine. This list is not exhaustive and continues to be replenished daily.

The investigation has just begun and continue until the last executioner is found. Everyone will be involved in crimes against the Ukrainian people. Our historical responsibility is to make a comprehensive punishment of war criminals to prevent not only repetition of aggression against our country, but also new wars in the civilized world.
