While serving as a senior rifleman of the Marine Company of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet of the russian armed forces, he directly performed combat missions and participated in armed aggression on the territory of Ukraine. There are reasonable grounds to believe that on June 18, 2025, near the village of Myropillya in Sumy region, the person was involved in the commission of a serious war crime - the shooting of a captured Ukrainian border guard (acting jointly with another serviceman). Subsequently, having been captured by the Ukrainian authorities, the person tried to conceal his involvement in this execution in order to avoid criminal liability.
These actions constitute an act of extreme cruelty and a gross violation of the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War, being part of the russian war against Ukraine and at the same time contain signs of violation of the laws and customs of war. At the same time, the person did not exercise the right to refuse to execute a clearly criminal order, the obligation to disobey which is provided for by international law, thus becoming an accomplice in the crime.
